<p><span style="font-size: 24px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(192, 80, 77);">With the pantograph drives for single-arm and scissors-type pantographs, locomotives can be retrofitted with a sophisticated drive system. The drive is not limited to the familiar single-arm pantographs (8440013), such as on the Ge 4/4 II and Ge 4/4 III. The new drive is designed in such a way that, for the first time, scissor pantographs (8440023) can also be operated. This makes it possible to retrofit the drive e.g. for the Krokodil (2040x) or the Schnüpftrückerli (2045x). And of course, old or defective drives can now also be replaced. A special feature is the pleasantly slow and descriptive speed when raising and lowering the pantographs. Here, they are not opened and closed like a jackknife.
